View network traffic in terminal on Ubuntu

There are several commands that you can use in order to know details of the network traffic of your server.

bmon

Nice and clean to monitor packages I/O

bmon

tcptrack

Allow to monitor IP addresses connected and the speed of the connection with them

tcptrack

nload

It has a better separation of incoming and outgoing packages and it’s speed

Display network information on a “top” based manner
