How to clean DNS cache on Ubuntu 14.10

When you need for some reason to flush the DNS cache from your Ubuntu just run the following command

sudo /etc/init.d/dns-clean

So if your /etc/hosts file modifications aren’t making effect just run that command and the computer will be forced to query for the ip again.
